My research interests are broadly in the domains of Ubiquitous Computing, IoT and Edge Computing, Wireless sensor and mobile ad hoc networks, Distributed Systems and Smart city applications. My research philosophy is mostly driven by the Mark Weiser' vision of calm technology, that aims to offer seamless integration into the surroundings avoiding the need for explicit intervention. My research objectives are primarily designed to capture the systems engineering aspects of human to machine interaction where 'machine' signifies the intelligent 'things' of 'IoT' integrated into our daily lives.
