Offline Speech Recognition In Android JellyBean 4.1 Or Higher

This guide is for devices running Jelly bean (4.1) or higher where Google has implemented offline speed recognition. This means your phone can use Google voice without an internet connection. You can test it by setting your phone in airplane mode and verify that Google speech recognition still works as usual.

Go into settings, then Google voice typing, select English and tab Download offline speech recognition. If you are already have English downloaded then you do not have to download it again. If it doesn't work after that then your device is not support by Google offline speed recognition.
