Studio Equipment Use Rules / スタジオ機材の利用規約

※ Please read this before submitting your request!
※ Failure to comply with the Studio Equipment Use Rules may result in restricting you from using the Studio equipment.

※ お申し込みの前に必ずお読みください！
※ スタジオ機器利用規定をお守りいただけない場合、スタジオ機器の利用を制限させていただくことがあります。

※ Reservations are on a "first-come-first-served" basis. However, there may be situations where you may have to negotiate with other students/reservation holders (usually in busy periods around submission deadlines). Please try to be as understanding and cooperative as possible, so that everyone's requests may be accommodated.

• Studio operation hours are Mon. Sat. 14:00 ~ 17:00.
  Equipment pick-up and delivery are possible only during those hours. Please plan accordingly!

• Please plan your requests ahead of time and avoid last-minute requests.
  Make sure to submit your booking request at the latest one day before your desired pick-up date.

• Please don't leave borrowed Studio equipment unattended in the Studio or elsewhere.
  ※ In case it is stolen or damaged, you will be held responsible. ※

• In the event that Studio equipment is damaged or lost, please contact Studio SAs immediately ( kmd.studio.sa@gmail.com ).

• Please use Studio equipments responsibly and keep in mind that other students need to use them for their projects too.

• In case more than one students will be using the equipment (e.g. team project), the person that submits the booking request is the main person responsible for the booking. Only this person can pick-up and return the equipment. If there is any difficulty in doing so, please contact Studio SAs at kmd.studio.sa@gmail.com .

• Studio equipment pick-up and delivery must always take place in the presence of a Studio SA. When returning Studio equipment, a Studio SA will check that the equipment is functional and free from any damage and send you a return confirmation email.

• Studio Equipment is for KMD Project-related use only. Use for personal projects is prohibited and such requests will be rejected.

• In principle you can only book Studio equipment for a maximum period of 7 days at a time.
  If you would like to extend your booking, please submit another booking request using the Equipment Booking form below, before the end of your first booking period. This is to ensure that all students have fair and equal access to Studio equipment.
  ※ If in the meantime we have received requests from other students to book the same equipment, your request for extension of your booking may be rejected. In this case we will do our best to support you and find a solution.

• If there is an increased number of requests during the period you have booked your equipment, we may kindly ask you to adjust or shorten your rental period so that other students’ requests may be accommodated too. We will appreciate your cooperation and flexibility!

※ 予約は先着順です。ただし、他の学生や予約者と交渉しなければならない場合もあります（通常、提出期限前後の繁忙期）。なるべく他の方のご希望に添えるよう、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

• スタジオの営業時間は、月～土の14:00～17:00です。
  機材の受け渡しは、この時間帯のみとなります。

• 直前のリクエストはお控えください。
  遅くとも前日までにご予約をお願いします。

• 借りた機材は、スタジオ内や他の場所に放置しないでください。
  万が一、盗難や破損があった場合、予約者の責任となります。

• 万が一、機材を破損・紛失した場合は、速やかにスタジオSA( kmd.studio.sa@gmail.com )にご連絡ください。

• スタジオの備品は、他の受講者のプロジェクトにも使用されることを念頭に置き、責任を持って使用してください

• 複数の学生が機材を使用する場合（例：チームプロジェクト）、予約リクエストを提出した人が主な予約責任者となります。
  責任者だけが機材の受け取りと返却を行うことができます。
  もし、やむを得ず責任者以外が受け取りや返却を行う場合は、スタジオSA（kmd.studio.sa@gmail.com ）までご連絡ください。

• スタジオ機材の受け取りと返却は、必ずスタジオSAの立会いのもとで行ってください。
  スタジオ機器の返却時には、スタジオSAによって機器が正常に機能し、損傷がないことを確認した後に、返却確認メールを送信します。

• スタジオ機器はKMDプロジェクトに関連した使用のみとします。
  個人的なプロジェクトでの使用は禁止されており、そのようなリクエストは拒否されます。

• スタジオ機材の予約は、原則として一度に最大7日間までしかできません。
  延長を希望される場合は、最初の予約期間が終了する前に、下記の備品予約フォームから再度予約依頼をお願いします。

• スタジオの設備は、すべての学生が公平に利用できるようになっています。
  予約延長の際に、他の生徒から同じ機材の予約依頼があった場合、予約の延長をお断りすることがあります。
  このような場合、スタジオSAが解決策を見つけるために最善を尽くします。

• 予約期間中にリクエストが集中した場合、他の生徒のリクエストに対応するため、レンタル期間の調整または短縮をお願いすることがあります。ご協力をお願いいたします。

ご質問やご要望がある場合、またスタジオ機器の使用に関して技術的なサポートが必要な場合、または問題が発生した場合は、スタジオSAs（kmd.studio.sa@gmail.com）までご連絡ください。

※ Reservations are on a "first-come-first-served" basis. • If you want to book the Studio for whole day (24hrs), you can only book up to 3 days (maximum) at a time.

• If you want to book the Studio for whole weeks, you can only choose one slot from AM(9am to 3pm) or PM(3pm to 9pm).

• No eating or drinking is allowed in the Studio.

• Please do not leave any trash inside the Studio.

• Please clean up and return everything in the Studio in its original position after use.

• Please do not leave your personal belongings in the Studio.

• Please turn off the lights on when you leave the Studio.

• In case you have borrowed Studio equipment, please don't leave it unattended in the Studio or elsewhere.
  ※ In case it is stolen or damaged, you will be held responsible. ※

• Only members of the KMD community (students, faculty, administration) are allowed in the Studio. Admission of any outsider in the Media Studio is prohibited, unless KMD Project-related and upon prior approval from a KMD faculty member.

• Media Studio is for KMD Projects-related use only. Use for personal projects/use is prohibited and such requests will be rejected.

• If you have any questions or special requests, if you need help with using Studio equipment, or in case of any problem,
  please contact Studio SAs at kmd.studio.sa@gmail.com.

In case SAs observe any violation of the rules, with treating equipment, users can and will be temporarily disqualified to borrow Studio equipment. Depending on the level of violation, you may be prohibited from accessing the Media Studio Area.

※ 予約は先着順です。ただし、他の学生や予約者と交渉しなければならない場合もあります（通常、締切前後の繁忙期）。その際は、なるべく他の方のご希望に添えるよう、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

• スタジオを1日（24時間）予約する場合、1回に連続で予約できるのは最大3日間までです

• 週単位でのご予約は、午前（9時～15時）または午後（15時～21時）のどちらか1枠のみとなります

• スタジオ内での飲食は禁止です

• スタジオ内にゴミを放置しないでください

• 使用後は清掃し、元の位置に戻してください

• スタジオ内に私物を放置しないでください

• 退出時は必ず消灯してください

• スタジオの備品を借りした場合、スタジオ内や他の場所に放置しないでください。万一、盗難や破損があった場合、借りた本人の責任となります

• スタジオへの立ち入りは、KMD関係者（学生、教職員、事務局）のみとします。ただし、KMD のプロジェクトに関連し、かつ KMD の教員が事前に承認した場合はこの限りではありません。

• メディアスタジオは、KMDプロジェクトに関連した利用のみ可能です。個人での使用は禁止されており、そのような依頼はお断りします。

質問や要望がある場合、スタジオの使用方法についてサポートが必要な場合、問題が発生した場合などは、スタジオSA（kmd.studio.sa@gmail.com）までご連絡ください。

また、SAが機材に関する規約違反を確認した場合、ユーザーはスタジオ機材の貸出資格を一時的に失うことがあります。また、違反の度合いによっては、メディアスタジオエリアへの立ち入りを禁止することがあります。
