We provide a complete floor or roof system generated from architectural and structural plans provided by the contractor. Product layouts allow the framer to properly install the floor or roof system with minimal waste. A complete set of plans is not required for us to supply a job. Our extensive background in structural engineered wood products allows us to come up with the best solution for your project.

Products

- I-joists - We sell a full line of I-joists from Trus Joist, Louisiana Pacific, and BlueLinx.
- Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) - LVL is available in depths ranging from 3-1/2" to 24". LVL is manufactured 1-3/4" thick and used with multiple plies to create a beam with strength and dimensional consistency. We source our LVL from various manufacturers in 1.8E, 1.9E and 2.0E grades. FlameStop II and Wood Seal-A topical fire treatment is also available.
- Laminated Strand Lumber (LSL) - LSL is manufactured in a variety of sizes and thicknesses with numerous uses. The 1-1/4" thickness is used for rim board applications in floor systems utilizing I-joists or open web floor trusses. The 1-1/2" thickness is available in dimensional lumber sizes from 2x4 through 2x12. 2x4 and 2x6 sizes are available in precut stud lengths and treated for sole plate applications. The 1-3/4" and 3-1/2" thicknesses are used in beam applications. 3-1/2" thick column sizes are also produced.
- Parallel Strand Lumber (PSL) - PSL is available in beam and column configurations up to 7" thick. It is also available treated for outdoor applications.
- Glue Laminated Lumber (Glulam) - We sell a large range of glulam beam and column sizes in architectural and industrial grades. Glulam beams and columns are available with preservative or fire treatment.
- Simpson Strong-Tie products - We are a distributor for Simpson Strong-Tie, providing a full range of connectors for floor and roof systems, from hold-downs to beam hangers.
