About us

Strategia is an independent Management Consultancy run by husband and wife team, Emmet & Mary McCluskey. It was established in 1999 to provide a skilled, flexible and trusted service to meet client requirements. 

 Managing Partner, Emmet McCluskey, has over 30 years experience at a senior level in the Property Development, Construction, Chemicals, Brewing, Healthcare, and Consultancy sectors in the UK. He is a Chartered Engineer with  the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. He holds an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Process Control Engineering, both from Queen’s University, Belfast. 

 Senior Partner, Mary McCluskey, is an experienced ICT Professional with over 30 years experience in Project Management and Systems Analysis across the Healthcare, Banking, Food, Manufacturing and IT sectors in the UK. She has an Honours degree in Mathematics & Computing and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Queen’s University, Belfast.
