Who did 9-11? From a science-based perspective the US did 9-11, the US government did 9-11, the American Government did 9-11, the US government was responsible for 9-11... The website “Experts: US did 9-11” alphabetically lists the views of numerous expert individuals and organizations that conclude that the US did 9-11 (see “Experts: US did 9-11”: https://sites.google.com/site/expertsusdid911/ ).
The September 11 (9/11, 9-11) 2001 atrocities, in which a total of 2,995 people are reported to have died, destroyed 3 buildings in the World Trade Center, New York, severely damaged the Pentagon and involved a further incident in which a plane crashed in Pennsylvania (see “September 11 attacks”, Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/September_11_attacks ).
The “official version” of 9-11 is well known - it allegedly involved 4 passenger planes seized by a total of 19 Muslim hijackers (of whom none came from US Alliance war zones of Somalia, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan or Pakistan); the North and South Twin Towers of the World Trade Center (WTC) (which were each struck by a plane) and a third building (WTC7) (which was not struck by a plane) collapsed gravitationally as a result of structural steel weakness from fires; part of the Pentagon was destroyed when a passenger plane hit it precisely at the level of the ground floor; and a fourth passenger plane crashed in Pennsylvania after passengers fought with the hijackers.
The “official story” came from the pathologically dishonest Bush Administration (see “Study: Bush, aides made 935 false statements in run-up to war”, CNN, : http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/01/23/bush.iraq/ ). The “official story” is utterly bizarre and unprecedented; has been presented by groups of people with an appalling record of lying by omission and commission, namely successive US Administrations, the governments of the US Alliance in general and the Mainstream Media (MSM); and has been upheld by a process of highly flawed “official inquiry” (see “9/11 Commission Report”, Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/9/11_Commission_Report ).
Further, unlike the sustained Israeli attack on the defenceless USS Liberty in international waters in 1967 (34 US servicemen killed, 171 wounded; see “USS Liberty incident”, Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Liberty_incident ), in the case of 9-11 there were no survivors to bear witness and no survivors to be potentially tried in a court of law.
Credulity was stretched even further when the US and its UK, Australian and NATO allies used the “official story” of 9-11 to launch bloody wars on Afghanistan and Iraq, and to provide “justification” for immensely destructive US Alliance wars in Somalia, Lebanon and Pakistan. While there are many aspects of the “official story” that strain credulity, the 2 crucial assertions that depart from reality are (1) 3 buildings collapsing at speeds consistent with nearly zero resistance after relatively limited, low temperature fires and (2) a jet passenger plane allegedly flown by Cessna trainee pilots and evading numerous physical obstacles landing precisely on a dime at the ground floor of the Pentagon.
Just as US Alliance Governments and the Mainstream Media (MSM) resolutely ignore the horrendous loss of life associated with 2 decades of Bush Wars (9-11 million), so they resolutely ignore crucial scientific evidence pointing to US involvement in the 9-11 atrocities.
Two key studies provide crucial evidence for (1) the explosive demolition of the Twin Towers and WTC Building 7 (WTC7) on 9-11 and that (2) the low-flying passenger jet plane did not hit the Pentagon on 9-11 (see “Science proves US did 9-11. 1. Unexploded nanothermite high explosive in all WTC dust samples studied proves explosive demolition of the WTC on 9-11.
The expert state-of-the-art finding by Professor Niels Harrit (Chemistry Department, 8-Nobel-Laureate University of Copenhagen), and his colleagues, of unexploded nanothermite high explosive in all samples of WTC dust analyzed proves that explosive demolition destroyed the Twin Towers and building WTC7. Only the US Government and/or its surrogates (e.g. the Israelis) were able to effect explosive demolition of these 3 buildings (for details of how this was most likely effected see the commentary to “9/11, Antisemitism and Denial”: http://bellaciao.org/en/spip.php?article19187 ; Marvin Bush, George W. Bush’s brother, was a principal in the company providing security for the WTC, which underwent a security, telecommunications and computer shutdown weeks before 9-11). The discovery of unexploded nanothermite involved various advanced - but quite standard - chemical physics techniques (SEM, BSE, XEDS) available with a single workstation involving Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM; to image sample surface using a beam of high energy electrons), BSE (Backscattered Electron imaging based on detection of scattered electrons) and XEDS ( X-ray Energy-Dispersive Spectroscopy for chemical elemental analysis ) coupled with DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry, which determines the difference in the amount of heat required to increase the temperature of an experimental sample and reference; a DSC trace shows the relationship of heat flux to temperature, and thereby the endothermic or exothermic [e.g. explosive] behavior of the sample). Very small particle size nanothermite is much more explosive than standard thermite. Professor Harrit has described their finding of unexploded nanothermite high explosive in the WTC dust as akin to discovering not just the murder weapon but finding a “loaded gun”.
2. Eye-witnesses contradict official version of Pentagon attack – evidence that a low-flying plane over-flew and did not hit the Pentagon (noting that this is controversial).
A three year independent investigation by into the September 11, 2001 attack on the Pentagon has yielded new eyewitness evidence which, according to the Southern California-based Citizen Investigation Team researchers who conducted the investigation: "conclusively (and unfortunately) establishes as a historical fact that the violence which took place in Arlington that day was not the result of a surprise attack by suicide hijackers, but rather a military black operation involving a carefully planned and skilfully executed deception." The "Experts: US did 9-11" website has been created in response to extraordinary lying by omission and lying buy commission of Mainstream Media (MSM) over 9-11. It simply sets out and documents quotations from an alphabetically listed set of science, engineering, military, intelligence, aviation, analysis and other experts who reject he “official version” of the 9-11 atrocity and believe that 9-11 was a false-flag operation carried out by the US to justify horrendous, resource- and hegemony-related wars from Occupied Somalia to US robot-bombed NW Pakistan.
