ST. MARYS NO BODY CONTACT LEAGUE RULES

League Rules

• 1. No fighting, both players will be ejected for the year. (All team captains and referee will review the altercation). If the fight happens with less then five games left in the season or in the playoff, then the player will be ejected for the following year.

     1. If a team has 2 players ejected for fighting in the same year, then the complete team is ejected for the reminder of the season.

  2. No body contact

  3. Each minor penalty will result in a 2:00 minute (run-time) penalty.

  4. Each major / match penalty will result in a single game ejection (and 1 penalty shot).

  5. No slap shots (a slap shot will be whistled down and the face-off will be in the offending players end).

  6. No center line (2 line pass)

  7. Helmets are mandatory

  8. Players must be 19 years or older

  9. All other general Hockey rules apply

Game Rules

• 1. 5 minute warm-up

  2. Games will be two periods:

     1. Period #1 – 20 minutes run-time

     2. Period #2 – 25 minutes run-time
