Bemidji Area School Special Education Department News and Trainings

Welcome to my portfolio.  I am completing my coursework for my superintendent's license through Hamline University.   I have had the opportunity to have superintendent experiences with the Superintendent of Bemidji Area Schools, Dr. James Hess, and with the Executive Director of Bemidji Regional Interdistrict Council, Brenda Story.  I appreciate the time and energy that my mentors spent with me.   The leadership knowledge, skills, experiences have prepared me in all areas of superintendent licensure competencies.  A theme that will be evident throughout this portfolio is the importance of the 4 Rs of Rigor, Relevance, Relationships, and Resilience in every educational setting.
