Rentals

Renting our facility is a privilege please help us in keeping our Center a clean and enjoyable place to rent.


Reminders

Here is just a reminder for the renters:

    • Avoid the use of chairs that have lost its tips on the legs.

    • All stoves, ovens, cooking utensils, cabinets, sinks, etc. that were used must be washed and put away.

    • All floors must be swept and wet mopped. Floors shall be free of dirt, food, scuff marks, and liquid spills.

      • Mopping is to be done using Damp Mop cleaning solution provided by the Community Center.

      • All mops must be rinsed and hung to dry, mop buckets shall be emptied and returned to back porch.

    • All counter areas used in the Kitchen and Meeting Room shall be washed.

    • Any fryers that are used shall be drained and wiped clean.

      • Floors in fryer area are to be mopped if fryers are used.

    • All linen used by Renter shall be laundered and returned to drawers in Kitchen area.

    • All garbage shall be placed in plastic trash bags (furnished by the Community Center), sealed and placed in the dumpster.

      • ANY TRASH THAT DOES NOT FIT IN THE DUMPSTER IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER AND IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE.

    • Restrooms must be left in sanitary condition.

      • Trash is to be removed and floors are to be swept.

    • All litter shall be picked up from the Community Center grounds including parking lot and back lot.

    • Any food/beverage items that are stored in refrigerators or coolers must be removed upon completion of rental period.

    • All tables and chairs used during the event are to be placed back on carts and returned to the storage area next to the restrooms.

    • The air conditioning/heat needs to be adjusted before you leave to the appropriate temperature Summer: 79*F Winter: 60*F

    • Community Center is not responsible for any items left behind after rental period.
