I am an AssociateProfessor at the Department of Economics of the University of Bologna. My research interests are in the field of experimental and behavioral economics, with a focus on cross-cultural cooperation, trust, fairness views, incentives, and gender gap in science. I was a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods in Bonn, at the University of Cologne, at the University of Bologna, and a visiting scholar at Carnegie Mellon University. I am research fellow at IZA and I have published in international journals, such as the Review of Economics and Statistics, Economic Journal, European Economic Review, and Journal of Money Credit and Banking.
