Home Improvements:

Fences (which shall be of a decorative style; in no event will chain-link or privacy fences be allowed), decks, swimming pools (which must be in-ground), retaining walls (which shall be constructed of natural stone or wood timbers only), additions and other temporary or permanent structures or elements contributing significantly to the total environmental effect of STEEPLECHASE are subject to the prior written approval of Board of Directors of the Steeplechase Homeowners Association.

  •  Acceptable Building Materials - there have been some new materials that have been approved

    • Natural Stone or Wood Timbers - for retaining walls

    • AZEK - for decks and deck railings and siding

    • LP Smartside - for siding
