I am interested in any activities that may be appropriate for my various interests and skills, seeking interesting long- or short- term work in creative, innovative areas. These are not limited to my life's work, which is in music performance and research.
For example, to investigate a personal curiosity, I began a series of broadcast interviews with some of the world’s most notable researchers in certain areas of physics. This quickly developed into a unique and highly respected program that is internationally recognized for its quality and depth. This site is devoted to this one area, though my full CV appears here.
My lifetime work as a professional musician intersects the art and craft of related activities, as well as interests outside the domain of music. These areas required formally studied or acquired skills in research, teaching, contracting, management, public speaking, broadcasting, interviewing, recording engineering, journalism, and archiving.
Many of my professional and volunteer efforts extend over decades of service. Numerous leadership positions reflect a long history of responsibility and loyalty to employers and clients, always maintaining a creative, disciplined and highly organized nature.
In an increasingly difficult environment for the music business, I succeed because of absolute dedication to completing high quality work on time, and the firm belief in commitment to an agreement.
