The research in my lab includes machine learning, biostatistics, bioinformatics, immuno-informatics, and statistical genetics. Ongoing research projects include statistical and computational modeling of spatial omics and TCR-seq data, multi-disease genetic analysis, and integrative analysis of high-throughput genetic/genomic data with other biomedical big data, especially in the context of immuno-oncology research.
Representative funding:
NIH/NIGMS R01-GM152585: "Statistical Power Analysis Framework for Multi-Sample and Cross-Platform Spatial Omics Experiments" (PI: Chung, Ma)
NIH/NIDA U01-DA045300: "The Genetic Basis of Opioid Dependence Vulnerablility in a Rodent Model" (PI: de Guglielmo, Cheng, Chung, Palmer, Smith)
