The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is included in the price between October and April (inclusive)if you require pool heat in the summer months then it is optional and is charged at £100/$150 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £60/$90. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods including cheque, person to person bank payments, PayPal or credit card(please note payment by card or paypal is subject to a 3% charge). A security deposit of £200/$300 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
