Managing Asset Field Visibility

Asset fields can be displayed or hidden by default, as well as adjusted by category.

How to Modify Field Visibility

1. In the Sidebar Menu, select Tools > Assets > Asset List and select an asset.

OR

Select an asset from a floorplan.

2. When the Asset Details form appears, click the Edit button.

3. At the bottom of the Asset Details form, select Edit Fields.

4. Select the current category from the dropdown, or leave as blank to adjust the default visibility.

5. Select the visibility icon to toggle visibility on and off.

5. Select the Save button to confirm any changes.
