Architectural Control Committee (the "ACC")

The ACC has developed these guidelines to assist a property owner in complying with applicable Deed Restriction covenants, statutory requirements and the aesthetic standards of the SSE community. A property owner is encouraged to review these ACC Guidelines, New Construction Deposit Policy, Boat Slip Policy and the Deed Restrictions prior to submitting the applicable applications form(s). Members of the ACC will be reasonably available to answer questions or provide clarification regarding these ACC Guidelines.
