Unknown Illness Strikes 100+ Students in North Carolina: How Common Are ‘Mystery’ Outbreaks?

My 2 cents thought - Though it is difficult to determine the source for this mystery outbreak away from the site of action, my humble suggestion is to also consider other water-borne/food-borne bacterial infections.
