The Radio Frequency - Circuits and Systems lab is located on the 5th floor (508C) of the laboratory complex of IIITDM Kancheepuram, Chennai. The lab, led by Dr. Sreenath Reddy, conduct research on advanced topics in radio-frequency circuits, systems, devices, and antennas.
Ms. Navya's M.Tech. (PG) project work got published in the Journal of Applied Physics. Congrats Navya.
Mr. Venkat Srinivas started his Dual Master's program at Sorbonne University in Paris, France. All the best, Venkat.
Dr. Sreenath has received Young Faculty Laureate Program Award in IEEE SPACE 2026 conference, held in Bangalore.
