Welcome to my website

I am a senior Economist at the European Central Bank.  I obtained my PhD from the European University Institute, supervised by Prof. Fabio Canova.

My current work in the Forecasting and Policy Modelling Division is focused mainly on the development of the new ECB-BASE & ECB-MC models. My research work includes topics from Macroeconomics and Macro-econometrics.

More specifically, my current research focuses on:

•  The effects of expectations on business cycles

•  The spillover analysis within SVAR models.

•  The structural identification of shocks in SVAR models

•  Fiscal policy
