This privacy policy governs your use of the software application SquishApp Applications (“Applications”) for mobile devices that was created by SquishApp. SquishApp Applications are intended for general usage by people of various age groups.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Applications do not collect any user identifiable information on download or usage. What info do Apple and Google collect? That's a different story. You'd have to ask them.
Automatically Collected Information
The Applications do not automatically collect any information that is not required for the applications to load/work as intended.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
No.
Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
We do not automatically collect data about our users. We do use Google Admob to display ads. Google Admob may collect information.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can uninstall the Applications if you don't like the data they store on your device. You could also block ads by going offline/airplane mode while use Applications.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Applications store data locally on your device. If you uninstall, it will delete data that is required for the Applications to work. Unless you have entered personally identifiable information into the application, it will not store any such data.
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from anyone. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at https://www.facebook.com/SquishApp-148556409228847/. We will investigate the source of solicitation and follow up within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. That's why we don't collect any of it! Please be aware that you are responsible for securing your data on the local device.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will NOT notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy other than by posting the new Privacy Policy here . You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
