Membership Information

All members must read and agree to Pool Policies & Procedures, Pool Release & Waiver and complete an on-line registration form prior to access key fob pick-up/re-activation.

Registration processing and fob activation takes 3-5 business days.

No membership is transferable either by sale or gift.

Membership entitles one household the use of the pool for that season.

Access key fobs are to be used by registered family members living in the home only and cannot be loaned or used by guests or others.

Springlakes Homeowners: All Springlakes homeowners in good standing are members of the pool and may register to have access to the facilities through an Association-issued key fob.

1) If you have a pool key fob: Complete the 2024 Homeowner Pool Registration on-line form (located on the Forms page of the pool website) and submit it to Association Link. Your fob will be activated with 3-5 days of submission.

2) If you do not have a pool key fob*: Complete the 2024 Homeowner Pool Registration form (located on the Forms page of the pool website) and submit it. You must then go to the Association link offices to pick up a fob.

*If you have lost your pool key fob, you must visit the Association Link office in Evans to purchase a replacement fob.

*If you are unable to access the Association Link form to complete your registration (on the "Forms" page), please email dyoungblood@associationlink.net or springlakepool@gmail.com to make special arrangements.

Springlakes Renters Membership: Renter members are subject to the same rules and regulations as homeowners and non-resident members. There are two ways for Springlakes renters to use the Springlakes pool:

1) Homeowners may complete the Temporary Assignment of Rights form to assign their membership to their renter. Contact Association Link to obtain this form. After the completed form is on file with Association Link, renters may submit the 2024 Renter Pool on-line Registration form. There is no cost for this membership.

2) Renters may register for membership using the Renter Pool Registration form (located on the Forms page of the pool website) and pay the $315.00 renter membership fee at the Association Link offices or mail payment to: Springlakes Community Pool Attn: Deena Youngblood, 4420 Evans to Lock Road Evans, GA 30809 .

Non-Resident Membership: No additional non-resident members will be accepted for the 2024 season. If you were a Non-resident member in 2023, you are invited to submit an on-line registration form to renew. Non-resident members are subject to the same rules and regulations as homeowner and Springlakes renter members.

1) Non-residents may register for membership by paying a $420.00 non-resident membership fee for a family of four. Each additional family member will be an additional $80. (Example: family of six equals $580.)

2) Submit payment via Mail to: Springlakes Community Pool Attn: Deena Youngblood, 4420 Evans to Lock Road Evans, GA 30809. Payment also may be made in person.
