I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Economics at HEC Montréal. Prior to joining HEC Montréal, I was an Assistant Professor of Economics in the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
My research focuses on Industrial Organization, Energy and Environmental Economics, and Public Economics. My research focuses on improving energy and environmental policies by understanding the strategic behavior of firms and consumers, aiming to inform more effective and efficient policy design. In my work, I often combine both reduced-form and structural estimation methods.
I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Resources for the Future in Washington DC.
