The land behind Storey Mews, Burton Hill has been acquired by Newland Homes for the delivery of 29 homes. The site was one chosen as preferable for development in the Malmesbury Neighbourhood Plan and already holds Outline consent for houses. More detail is available in the attachments to this note.
