School Timings & Schedule :

• The Class schedules will be communicated to the Students at the beginning of session and same may be affixed in the student diary.

• There will be four term examinations in an academic session on interval of every three months ( August - 1st week , October last dec , dec last , annual march )

• There will be two unit preparatory tests.

• First term will be held in December whereas second term will be held in March.

• The project and assignments will be given throughout the year.

• Student should keep a watch on the School Calendar available on School website and facebook page of the school for notices and last minute announcements.

Rules & Regulations :

• Students of the school should endeavor to sustain discipline. It is expected to maintain order and discipline not only in the school campus but also outside.

• Punctuality is a must. Students should reach school five minutes prior to the Assembly.

• The participation of every student in school assembly is must. The assembly proceedings shall be attended without causing any inconvenience.

• Later comers in the school will not be permitted. Any permission for late comers shall be granted by the School Principal. If it is foudn that the student is late wihtout any genuine reason , he / she may be sent back home.

• The pupil is involved in an exceptional special occasion e.g. a family wedding. In authorizing such absences the individual circumstances of the particular case and the pupil's overall pattern of attendance should be considered

• Schools have a central place in the health of a community. Inappropriate hygiene in schools can cause many diseases. All students should be habitually clean and neatly dressed.

• Students not wearing the school uniform will not be permitted to attend the class.

• Changing of classrooms in between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.

• Running, playing or shouting in the School Corridor / Room is not allowed .

• No student can leave the school premises during school hours except with the written permission of the Principal.

• Home work should be done regularly. The school work and homework copies must have an index on the first page.

• All conversation between teachers and students and even among students themselves has to be in English except in Hindi period. Failure to implement the rule would invite strict penalty.

• All school property should be treated with care.

• Scribbling on the walls, desks and board is strictly forbidden . Any kind of damage done to school property shall have to be made good by the offender or her parents/guardian.

• Any damage to school property even unintentionally should be immediately reported and duly made good.

• Pupils must not go to the laboratories except at the appointed time. They should always be assisted by a teacher.

• Cleanliness should be maintained in the school premises.

• Possession and use of cell phone by students is strictly forbidden. Omission or disregard of this rule would invite strict penalty.

• Unknown persons, relatives or servants will not be allowed to collect the child from the school. Only parents are allowed to come and fetch their child from school in case of an emergency or any unforeseen situation.

• Students should maintain the decorum of their school and should behave in a refined lady like manner.

• Photograph of student affixed on any form submitted by parents for attestation or for issue of Photo Identity Card should be in school uniform only.

• Students must address all the members of the staff with due respect and politeness . On their way to and from school, they are expected to behave in a courteous manner.
