My doctoral dissertation primarily focused on the Neglected Alternative objection to Kant's philosophy. This objection contends that there is a gap in Kant's argument in the Transcendental Aesthetic for the claim that space and time are entirely mind-dependent structures. As part of this dissertation, I do a few different things: I develop an account of Kant's philosophy of space and time (focused on understanding the nature of a priori intuition), I thoroughly discuss the relevant work on the Neglected Alternative by H.A. Pistorius and F.A. Trendelenburg, I present a new solution to the Neglected Alternative, and I give an account of the perhaps surprising restrictions that Kant places on the nature of things in themselves. Doctoral Dissertation: "Kant and the Neglected Alternative"
Additionally, I've created bibliographies on Pistorius and Trendelenburg that are hopefully of use to others, and I have posted a link to my published paper on Trendelenburg derived from my dissertation.
