Summer Outing SIX

• Assemble near the Church hall (The Vista) about 9.45am

    (You can wait inside the back of the church if it is raining)

• Coach leaves at 10am

• Coach returns by 6pm

(I will send you a text if we should be held up in traffic etc.)

• Everyone should be collected by 6pm from the Vista, please

Possible destinations:-

·        If the weather is good enough we will go the beach at Sutton on Sea.

·        If the weather is not so good then we may go to Bourne Indoor Pool or Ten Pin Bowling, The Thursford Collection in Norfolk, or other similar places. 

We will not decide where we are going until the actual day, so it is important that everyone brings ALL of these items, regardless of the weather, please:-

•  Swimming things

• Towel

• Coat

• Sun Hat

• Sun Cream [Please apply some before leaving home if it is sunny / hot.]

• Clothes for the beach including a T shirt (+ spare shorts)

• Old trainers / plimsoles etc for going in the sea

• Some food for the day

• Plenty of drink  (especially if it is hot)

• Anything to play with on the beach (e.g. bucket, spade, bats, balls etc.) - but nothing too valuable ...

• A small amount of spending money is optional.

All children will be supervised throughout the day, and will not be allowed into the sea at any time without appropriate adults being in the sea with them.

Parents are asked to keep their mobile phones switched on from 9am, and keep it  switched on throughout the day, just in case we should need to contact you for any reason.  Thanks!

Anyone prone to travel sickness on a coach should mention this to us, and take / bring the appropriate medication, and also bring a bag...
