Railroad Track Parts Structural Analysis and Design:
Railroad track maintenance is critical for travel safety. Replacing parts frequently on the track causes high maintenance costs. To reduce that, understanding the failure mechanisms is critical. Insulated joints, concrete ties, direct fixation fasteners, cover board bracket clamps etc. are the parts that I am specifically interested to understand the failure.
