The entrance in fall and summer - surrounded by grapes, blueberry bushes and a hedge for added privacy.
Up the steps and under the grape vine, you'll pass the south facing private deck on your right.
Enter the main door into the living room, with a sliding door opening to the private deck. The living room, kitchen and bedroom feature high ceilings, lighted fans, skylights and wood laminate floors.
The kitchen includes maple cabinets, a new stainless Kitchenaid convection microwave (not pictured) which microwaves and bakes; 2-burner cooktop, and a stainless refrigerator with separate freezer. Take a peak at the loft above, and the door to the hall, on the way to the bedroom and bathroom.
The hallway includes laundry, storage and a pulldown stair for the loft above it. The bathroom is off the hallway.
The bedroom features a large closet and room for a single or double bed, plus desk, dresser, etc. The ceiling fan and openable skylight provide great ventilation. Blinds and curtain rods included; decorate with your own curtains.
A pull down stair in the hall leads to the loft, which overlooks the living area. It's great for storage, and has occasionally been used as a sleeping loft, quilting area and more.
