Carolina Beanie

I originally designed this hat in 2018 around the time of Hurricane Florence. Since Hurricane Florence cause some damage in my home state of South Carolina and major damage to our neighboring state North Carolina, I decided to name it the Carolina Beanie and donate proceeds to relief efforts in the Carolinas. In an effort to get the pattern out quickly, I made some fast photos and only used my sample hat. I intended to make more hats to work out other sizes and get better pictures but never got around to it. So, the Carolina Beanie is up first on my list for a facelift. She needs some new pictures ASAP! To get this accomplished, I'm offering the Carolina Beanie here on the blog for FREE! Awesome, right? To make it even better, I'm giving you a chance to win another one of my patterns (current or future). To win, simply crochet a Carolina Beanie and make a project page over on Ravelry. At the end of November I'll be picking some photos to feature on the Carolina Beanie's listing. If I pick one of yours, you get a free pattern from my shop! Thank you so much to those of you who purchased the pattern last and donated to the relief efforts. If you already crocheted a Carolina Beanie, go ahead and make a project page so you can be considered for a free pattern.

I can't wait to see all your Carolina Beanies!
