Adjudicator Expense Sheet - To be filled out by hired judges and signed by judge & chair
W-9 IRS Form - To be filled out by each judge and returned to contest chair

Contest Certificate (Note: The certificate file will open in a separate tab or window in your browser. To download or save a copy of the file for your use, select the following from the Google Documents menu: File, Download As, then WORD. You might then get a dialog box from your computer asking if you want to Open or Save or Save As the file. Select Save As and select where on your computer you want to save the file. If you select Save, the computer will save it and you might not know exactly where it was stored, which makes it difficult to find it again.)
