Currently an Associate Professor at IIT Kharagpur, I specialize in microwave and millimeter-wave technology and telecommunication standards. With a doctoral degree from IIT Kanpur and prior faculty experience at IIT Jodhpur, my current research leads innovations in SICL, SIW antennas, and Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS)

We have open project positions for motivated researchers to work on designing Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) hardware with immediate joining.

Candidates with prior experience in RF/microwave design, metasurfaces, electromagnetic simulation tools (CST, HFSS, ADS), or RF hardware fabrication and measurement will be preferred.

Open Positions:

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Fellowship: ₹37,000/- per month + HRA

Opportunity: Provision to enroll in the Ph.D. program (as per institutional eligibility and admission norms).

Eligibility Requirements:

Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course.

Candidates must have qualified through one of the following:

(a) CSIR-UGC NET (including Lectureship / Assistant Professorship) or GATE.

(b) National-level examinations conducted by Central Government departments and their agencies/institutions (e.g., DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.).

2. Research Associate (RA)

Fellowship: ₹58,000/- per month + HRA

Eligibility Requirements:

Ph.D. in Science / MD,

M.Tech / M.E. with 2 years of experience.
