Travel,sight-seeing and Famous Landscape

in the year of 2017, we visited the Empire Building , which is an office skyscraper at 71 Broadway, on the corner of Rector Street, in the Financial District of Manhattan in New York City. It was designed by Kimball & Thompson in the Classical Revival style and built by Marc Eidlitz & Son from 1897 to 1898. we purchased the tickets and took the high-speed elevator and directly reached the top tier of the building,we got a bird's-eye view of the whole city. there is a terrace on the top of that building, people can walk around in the open air and view nightscapethrough telescope , it is really gorgeous. I went there with my parents and husband, we were independent tour, or you can say it was a self-drive tour. we saw amazingly the steel and iron building in such high height when it was the occasion time of Spring festival, family members gethered together and enjoyed the wonderful time oversea, which was a really different feeling for us and people we met were quite friendly to us, this is a really unforgetable travel experience.

in the year of 2020, it was the most traditional Spring Festival, I and my husband visited the east of the USA by self-driving tour, we visited Chicago, and stayed at Lincoln Hotel, Chicago is a inland city , there is a harbour and the weather is quite wet and cloudy, most of the time is quite cold , which made me gloomy. Chicago is a big metropolitan , so there is a difficult to park a car.

My hometown is Beijing, and I grew up in hungtong, several years ago, the countyard purchased by my grandpa had been pulled down instead by high-rise building, beijing is north capital of China. There are many beijing snacks you can have a try, for instance, the flour-based dim sum, unleavened buns, starch sausage with garlic and sauteed soybean noodles.
