Phd Positions
There are two Phd positions available at the department of Physics, Universidad de Guadalaja, Jalisco, Mexico for working in the field of Statistical Physics and complex systems. The candidate will get the opportunity to work on the different fields of complex systems including but not limited to The dynamics of spin systems, Opinion Dynamics, Application of random Matrix Theory, Random walk etc. The candidates are expected to be good at numerical programming.
These are full time positions and Doctoral fellowship from Conacyt is available after clearing the entrance exam (written exam, followed by an interview).
Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with at least 80% marks : In Physics or Computer science.
Preferably one recommendation letter

Post - Doctoral Position
One post doctoral position is available in our group to work in the field of Complex systems and statistical Physics under the ConaCyt project of Ciencias Fronteras titled "Sistemas complejos estocásticos: Agentes móviles, difusión de partículas, y dinámica de espines (Stochastic complex systems: Agent mobility, particle diffusion, and dynamics of the spins systems)"
