The season ends with the SLPCIO winning the championship for the second straight season. Cottonwood takes runner-up edging ARC with a win over IronOaks in their last match.

Teams from Sun Lakes Cottonwood, Sun Lakes IronOaks, Ahwatukee, Trilogy, Province, and Solera competed in a home and away match.

The SLPCIO Men’s team, fondly known as the “Bipolar Picklepounders,” consisted of captain Rocky Myers and other team members Jon Bowerman, Bill Duke, Pat O'Connell, Rich O'Brien, Steve Langer, Tom Ennis, Bob Zimmerman, Kelly McKinna, Milt Sharpe, Chuck Myrick, Jerry Pederson, Kim Fliethman, Bob Snow, Dave Bissell, Steve Cassidy, Tom Kasper, Bill Bishop, David Novikoff, Bill Aichele, Todd Williams, Steve Smitham, John Reed, and Art Baessler.
