This is an app that features cartoon like barnyard animals as the player's icon. Additional features include:

The latest version enables play over bluetooth along with some enhancements to the game play.
New Game:
Its a new game and lets hope "Will" can make a smart move, as it appears he is going against the dominate computer.
Game about to end:
Looks like "Will" should be able to win, provided he doesn't miss the obvious!!
5x5 game:
What makes something fun more fun?? A longer lasting version of it, which is exactly what the 5x5 mode of tic tac toe is for!!!!
