Travel to Pilani is proposed on air conditioned Luxury Volvo buses hired from New Delhi with pick-up points at prominent/ central locations including the railway station, domestic and international airports. These buses will be stationed at Pilani during the SJM and available for mass movement/ local travel within Pilani.
ETD (after final pick-up) is 10 am on 12th October. PLEASE PLAN YOUR ARRIVALS TO DELHI BASED ON THIS. Evaluations are on where to break for Lunch enroute, the choice of the same will be updated shortly. The estimated time for travel is 4.5 to 5 hours without a lunch break.
All alumni are urged to travel together, as much as possible, to keep things simple - plus the added advantage of starting the reunion celebrations 5 hours earlier.
In case you are delayed or have poor connectivity, you may then wish to look at rail or road travel via a rental car separately. Any such arrangements need to be made by the individual on his/her own.
