Our Pastor

Welcome- We have received an answer to our Prayers. We welcome Pastor Christopher Richardson into our Church and we are all looking forward for his guidance.

“Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.” (Psalm 119:105)

God’s Word of Truth is your Lamp and Light in this world. You and I need Him to guide our steps every day. He knows your path. He sees the snares and things that would trip you up along the way. And He sees the detours that tempt you to turn away from Him. It is crucial that people hear the Truth of God’s Word. We invite you to join us, here at St. John, as we faithfully receive the gracious blessings that God brings to us through His precious life-giving Word.

It is crucial that people hear the Truth of God’s Word. You need God’s Word in your life, in order to walk in His Light of Truth. Sometimes God’s Word of Truth convicts you of your sin, and you desperately need to hear that. God’s Word of Truth calls you to repentance. It reminds you of the Truth of a Friday called “Good.” On that day Jesus died for your sin. Equally as important, God’s Word of Truth reminds you that the victory won on Easter is personally for you. Therefore, you can now walk in the Light of God’s Word of Truth—that Jesus shed His blood for you—and that life forever with Him is assured. Here at St. John, our chief purpose is faithfully preaching and teaching God’s Word of Truth for the forgiveness, life, and salvation of His people. We invite you to join us as we receive the gracious blessings that God brings to us through His precious life-giving Word.

COME, DRINK DEEPLY AND OFTEN OF GOD’S WORD WITH US!

Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water … Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again—forever. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” (John 4:10, 13-14)
