Research Interests: I incorporate institutional research (IR), discipline-based education research (DBER), and assessment to evaluate and improve teaching and learning for higher education students. I use my program assessment and evaluation knowledge and experience to inform and assist interested faculty, staff, and units in creating effective learning environments and administrative processes by implementing models of continuous improvement based on evidence and best practices.

Career Goal: Collaboratively working in a higher education institution which emphasizes continuous improvement of their students' education with evidence-based decision-making and policy.
