Install MS SQL Server

1. Download MS SQL Server Standard Edition or Express Edition
2. Install with the installation wizzard
3. Setup Role: Chose SQL Server Feature Installation
4. Include features
   • Database Engine Services (and the sub features)
   • Client Tools SDK
   • Management Tools Basic
   • SQL Client Connectivity SDK
5. Instance Configuration
   • Default Instance (MSSQLSERVER)
   • Default Instance ID and Root Directory
6. Server Configuration
   • Accept default for SQL Server Agent and SQL Server Database Engine
7. Database Engine Configuration
   • Authentication Mode: Mixed mode (sa - [password])
   • SQL Administrators: Add default developer account
8. If it's for development, don't select error reporting to MS
