Gary & Peggy - "Simple Tech promptly came on site to: 1) assess the layout 2)determine goals we were actually wanting to accomplish 3) recommended a dependable system to go with 4) understand what basic requirements must be done first. Next morning Simple Tech provided an estimate and links to make ordering equipment easy. A date was set for install based upon equipment delivery. Everything was done in the timeline provided and as originally quoted, we have been walked through steps to operate the system, and we can call Simple Tech with any issues. Follow through and support have been a blessing."
