English Feature Specifications

To compare segments where V=1 with each other, use features High, Back, Round, Long instead of Place and Manner

Feature set R_c: Place, Manner, Syllabic, Voice, Nasal, Lateral, Aspirated (for comparisons between segments one of which is does not have V=1)

Feature set R_v: High, Back, Round, Long (for comparisons between two segments where V=1 only)

The feature sets are configurable and required by the similarity function.
