Silvia Nenci is a Full Professor of Economic Policy at Roma Tre University in Italy.
She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Sapienza University of Rome. Silvia Nenci is currently the Coordinator of the Ph.D. program in Economics at Roma Tre University and has previously coordinated the MSc program in Environmental Economics, Labor, and Sustainable Development in the Department of Economics at the same university.
Her main research interests include international trade, trade policy, and global value chains. She has authored and co-authored numerous publications, including articles in internationally refereed journals. Additionally, she has worked for various research institutes in Italy and abroad and has participated in numerous national and international research projects.
Her expertise has also led her to provide consulting services for several international organizations, including the Inter-American Development Bank , the World Bank, the Food and Agriculture Organization, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, and the International Trade Centre.
