Defibrillator Information

A Defibrillator for emergency use is positioned at the entrance to Sidestrand Hall School. It has recently been checked and cleaned and given a new battery which will last four years. Several volunteers maintain it on a rota basis to make sure all is well. In an emergency ring 999 for advice. When the 999 call is made the ambulance control room will assess the situation and if appropriate give you the access code and advise on chest compressions to keep the patient alive. This is so important. The Parish Council hope to have more training in the future to make us more familiar.
