LEAGUE PROCEDURES AND RULES

FLIGHTS:  There are three flights A, B and C.  Competition is within the flights. The roster by handicap is split in thirds.

PAIRINGS:  Pairings are mixed with A, B and C Flights.

HANDICAPS:  The Sleepy Hollow handicap will be determined by the Handicap Chair.

SCORECARDS:  For each foursome there shall be TWO scorecards with first and last names on both cards.  ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN BOTH SCORECARDS.  Both cards must have matching hole by hole scores.  Each card must have all players signatures and date on it.  Disqualification occurs when the hole by hole numbers do not match; in which case all who signed are disqualified.  If a player leaves without signing, only that player is disqualified.  Do not sign any card until it has been checked as no change can be made after it has been turned over to Tournament Chair.

PRIZES:  An individual, playing in the weekly tournament, can win only two weekly prizes per month.
