RecurPost Inc., a B2B/B2C SaaS product web app based on PHP CodeIgniter f/w & Node.js and mobile apps for Android & iOS both built on the Flutter framework
The product is a social media management/scheduling application with repeating/one-off schedules including 10+ AI features. It has served thousands of businesses mainly marketing agencies/teams, coaches, small and medium businesses, large franchise chains etc.
- Not worked on technology; Reviewed and deployed code to Bitbucket initially, then on AWS LightSail
- Writing stories for features/enhancements/bugs on PivotalTracker.com / SuperWorks PMS (KanBan tool)
- Supervised the customer success and support team; Created outbound banners, snippets and user surveys on Intercom.com for RecurPost homepage and web app dashboard
- Handling SaaS payment processor issues on FastSpring.com, Apple AppStore and Google Play Store; created product subscriptions on all. And created discount coupons, helped with creating add-ons and migration from classic to contextual for FastSpring plans
- Helped implement RecurPost Affiliate Program on Impact.com through FastSpring; Handled issues related to Impact.com like affiliate requests for recurring commissions for subscriptions on FastSpring, and searching for affiliates from the marketplace and sending them a partner request
- Reducing customer churn by informing CSRs about reasons behind payment failures and subscription cancellations/deactivations regularly
- Helped instrument a SaaS advisory firm, implement RecurPost web and mobile app event mapping to segment.com; managed reporting on MixPanel and email marketing from customer.io with data from Segment
- Sending monthly newsletters to all audiences from customer.io; brought email addresses from WordPress forms to customer.io through webhooks and sending multiple emails in campaigns in customer.io programmatically to them for downloading templates, eBooks and other resources based on social media.
- Submitting feature videos and user instructions for permission requests from social media platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and getting them approved; Submitting data usage policy for audits for social media platforms like Meta and YouTube and getting them approved. Used AWS RedShift Warehouse, S3 bucket, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, SNS for the evidence. Also, created an AWS Lambda function to send notifications to a Slack channel on user access failure issues in the application, etc.
- Tracking growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of RecurPost from negative month-over-month growth to over $750, $1300 and $2200 USD growth in the months of June, July and August 2025, respectively, through removing points of friction. The number was $4879 USD in December 2025. Used Upekkha FlyWheel tool for the same. Maintaining the monthly MRR report with various stages of the flywheel for tracking and analyzing the same.
- Extensively using Slack for communication and collaboration amongst team members and colleagues.
TweetFull Inc.: A B2C/D2C SaaS product web app for increasing the influence of businesses & individuals on Twitter (now X). It was sold out in 2020 to a US-based company through Flippa.com.

- Handled the Electrical Installation module change requirement that was part of Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) project of the Government of India (GoI). It was integrated with the TCS-built citizen interface Single Sign On (SSO) on the Investor Facilitation Portal (https://ifp.gujarat.gov.in/). The login from this portal took the investor (citizen) from the form on the mentioned site to the citizen portal. After submission of the complete form on the citizen portal, it gets evaluated by the CEI Department on the Newgen product suite based e-gov system and issues an authorized certificate with digital signature to the citizen at the end

One Water: Optimized drip irrigation systems in open fields to save water where it is wasted the most, i.e. in agriculture
- Guided the team from conceptualization to execution in a trial field
- Implemented an ad-hoc routing protocol over ESP32 Wi-Fi to collect data from a soil moisture sensor to control the water supply valves for irrigation.
- Proposed canals to divert saved water from areas with water surplus to drought-prone areas with a dream to eradicate farmer suicides.
Traffic intensity detection at cross-roads: Used 2 pairs of Tx/Rx RF nodes implemented on Arduino to detect the intensity of traffic at cross-roads to warn citizens of real-time traffic in maps trying to be better than Google Maps and also optimize and automate traffic signals accordingly. And trained the supervised machine learning algorithm for deciding the traffic intensity along with extra logic to make a more accurate decision.

Elderly Assistive Devices: Implemented automatic door lock integrated with camera feed to the mobile device of an elderly to open the door automatically on their instruction. Projected mobile screen to TV using WiFi Direct for elderly to talk to their relatives on the larger TV screen.
