I am a researcher working in the field of health and social services, with keen interests in program evaluation and impact measurement. In my current role as a Senior Quantitative Researcher, Research Insights and Innovation, at the SEIU 775 Benefits Group, I am associated with the design, implementation and evaluation of programs focused on ensuring the health, training and economic sustainability of the WA-state home caregiving workforce.
In my prior role as a Data Analytics Manager at Full Life Care, a Seattle-based social services organization and state government-contracted lead agency, I managed the analytics and evaluation of the Health Home Program serving at-risk dually eligible Medicare-Medicaid beneficiaries in the state.
I completed my PhD in Economics from the Department of Economics, University of Central Florida. Non-market valuation of health comprised the core area of my doctoral thesis. I also acquired professional certification in Health Care Analytics at the University of Washington.
