or just turn up on a Friday evening. 
You will be made welcome. 

Open to young people from age 13 and adults with no upper age limit.
Younger children welcome if accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. 
Every Friday 7pm to 9pm
This group is open to all.

  • Our next lunch & play-reading event will be on Tuesday, 13th of November This is a chance to relax, meet new people and have a chat with a small, friendly group in a pleasant setting. After a light buffet lunch we read a play together, or sit and listen - your choice.  If you just prefer to join us for lunch, you do that.  All welcome! Bring a friend.The next one will be on Tuesday September 11th.  Lunch from 12.30,  minimum donation to Shoebox Theatre £3; small raffle £1 a ticket. Venue: Community Room, Mercia Community Fire Station, Lichfield St., Tamworth. Please email us for further  details and to tell us if you are coming and let us know about dietary requirements.   • One of our activities over the summer of 2018 Popping-up at Overseal Gala & Parade Sat. 14th July: It promises to be an exciting  afternoon on the Recreational ground behind the Village Hall in Overseal. Stalls open to the public from 12 noon, followed by the  Village Parade. Come and find the Shoebox stall. Margaret, an actor in Game of Thrones, will be available for autographs & a chat; and we have lots of lovely little knitted items for donations to Shoebox community drama groups.  At 2 pm the entertainment and activities begin. At 3 o'clock Shoebox will be 'broadcasting' our version of Robin Hood.  We hope you can join us.
