Short bio: 

Seong Hwan Kim received the Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST)  in 2013. During Aug. 2013 - Feb. 2016, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Broadband Communications Laboratory, McGill University, Montreal, Canada. During Mar. 2016 - Feb. 2020, he was an assistant professor at the Department of Information and Communication Engineering of Gyeongsang National University, Korea. Since Mar. 2020, he has been working as a professor at the major of Data Science in Korea National University of Transportation.

I will be in the US from Feb. 2025 to Feb. 2026, working as a Visiting Scholar at Texas A&M University, College Station, in collaboration with Professor Krishna Narayanan.
