May 8 & 9 Regionals in Jacksonville, AR
May 30 & May 311 State in Jacksonville, AR
Junior regionals (grades 6th-8th) practice is May 8, competition is May 9 in Jacksonville, AR
Senior regionals (grades 9th-12th) practice is May 9, competition is May 10 in Jacksonville, AR
EVERY SHOOTER SHOOTS AT REGIONALS providing they have 7 practices
Junior State - (for the top 16 teams at regionals) practice is May 29, competition is May 30
Senior State - (for the top 16 teams at regionals) practice is May 30, competition is May 31
Practices begin Feb 1 and are EVERY Saturday through Regionals and State (in rain, sleet and snow. We don't shoot in lightning)

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission recognize that today’s youth will be tomorrow’s sportsmen. Shooting sports, like many outdoor activities, are great sources of fun and relaxation when practiced safely and responsibly. The Arkansas Youth Shooting Sports Program is focused on providing a fun, safe environment for participating in shooting sports and reconnecting kids with the joy of being outdoors. The AYSSP will raise awareness of conservation related sports, promote safety and responsibility, and raise self-esteem.
