This page is an attempt to centralize all the links to organizations, programs, and projects working in North Carolina on conflict studies and dispute resolution issues. If your program or project is not listed, please email swhayes@uncg.edu so that I can add you.
An overall view of some of these programs is available in the book "Alternative Dispute Resolution in North Carolina: A New Civil Procedure" (the link takes you to a full text in Google Books).
On February 24, 2011, the Dispute Resolution Section of the NC Bar Association hosted an event "The Summit at the Summit" which was designed to bring together dispute resolution practitioners, programs, and policy makers from all across the state of North Carolina. As a part of that event, we gathered information about programs and practices in attendance. If you did not attend and would like to have your information included please click here, download the form, fill it out and email it to swhayes@uncg.edu
